All learning studied on the platform is automatically recorded in each learner’s account. Each learner can also add details of other any other CPD activities they undertake, for example face to face learning.
This facility means that each learner’s CPD compliance can be monitored and reported on.
Each government department (for example the Nursing Council) is provided with their own Reporting System.
This system enables reports to be run on:
- Who has / has not completed their mandated courses
- Who has / has not completed their CPD requirement
- Who has / has not completed their emergency response training
Linking with Human Resources Platform
The system can be linked to any existing HR platform through the API. Each learner’s records can therefore be automatically updated within the internal system if required.
